WIS. S.S. 346.94 (5) PLACING INJURIOUS SUBSTANCES ON HIGHWAY

No person shall place or cause to be placed upon a highway any foreign substance which is or may be injurious to any vehicle or part thereof.

THIS MEANS SNOW PLOWED ACROSS TOWN ROADS.  Wis. S.S. 86.01 levies a fine of $10.00 to $100.00 to the land owner for this violation.
