NOTICE TOWN OF MINONG

Be advised that WI statute 167.10 prohibits the use of

Fireworks without a users permit issued by the Town and approved by the

Town Chairman.  A permit requires a $20.00 fee, proof of insurance and a copy

of the Pirotechnician’s license/permit that will be conducting the display.

All permits have to be forwarded to the Washburn County Sheriff and the

Minong Fire Departments.  Any permit needs to be applied for at least a

Week prior to the fireworks display to meet all the legal requirements.

Permits can be applied for at the Town Hall

NOTE: All permits require proof of a licensed pirotechnician.
