TOWN OF MINONG WASHBURN COUNTY WISCONSIN RESOLUTION TO EXERCISE VILLAGE POWERS          RESOLUTION_#20________ BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Town electors of the Town of Minong on August 16, 1999 voted in favor of allowing the Town Board of the Town of Minong to exercise Village Powers. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that on June 18, 2001 that the Town electors again voted in favor of allowing the Town Board of the Town of Minong, to exercise Village Powers.  THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that we, the town electors, of the Town of Minong, Washburn County, Wisconsin, being duly assembled at the Special Town Meeting on November 19, 2002, due to the fact that no Resolution can be found at this time, do herely authorize the Town Board to exercise Village Powers pursuant to secs. 60.22 (2) ( c) and 60.22 (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes. And that said Resolution, will take effect after being properly posted for thirty days and will ratify any existing Resolutions regarding Village Powers.
