TOWN OF MINONG RESOLUTION TO HAVE HORSESHOE BEND DRIVE BECOME A TOWN ROAD.     RESOLUTION __#22_____ WHEREAS, the Town of Minong does have required road specs, AND WHEREAS, the Town road specs have been met on the road known as Horseshoe Bend Drive, AND WHEREAS, the Minong Town Board has inspected the road and found it to meet the Town’s road criteria, BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, the Minong Town Board does accept Horseshoe Bend Drive as a Town road and will be maintained by the Town of Minong and the Town of Minong will claim this road on the gas tax list.
