TOWN OF MINONG SPECIAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION RESOLUTION # ___28______ WHEREAS, Section 66.0703, Wisconsin Statutes, provides that municipalities by resolution may levy and collect payments conveyed upon property for payments due to cover work, improvements, or services provided by the Town as a special assessment. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Town of Minong, Washburn County shall have the authority to levy special assessments on property taxes for any outstanding bills owed to the Town of Minong for services rendered including that of the Minong Area Disposal for which the Town has partial interest in:     RESOLVED this  ___9th __,  day of  _____December_________, 2002.
