TOWN OF MINONG        RESOLUTION FOR REPLACEMENT OF TOWN EQUIPMENT       RESOLUTION # _29______ BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Town electors of the Town of Minong at the April 5, 2003 Annual Meeting voted in favor of allowing the Town Board of the Town of Minong to place into effect a “7 Year Replacement Plan” for the replacement of town equipment. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that at this meeting, previous minutes showed that this policy had been voted on and passed in September 1994, but no Resolution was drawn up at this time. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Minong, agreed regardless of this resolution, to present all information on any equipment to be purchased and prices for said equipment, before the town’s people at the Annual Town Meeting in the year’s of purchase.      THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we, the town electors, of the Town of Minong, Washburn County, Wisconsin, being duly assembled at the Annual Town Meeting on April 5, 2003, do herely authorize the Town Board to place into effect, beginning with the year 2003, a “7 Year Replacement Policy” for Town Equipment.
