TOWN OF MINONG INTIAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING OF NOT TO EXCEED $_250,000.00, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION SECURITIES THEREFORE; AND LEVYING A TAX IN CONNECTION THEREWITH RESOLUTION # _30________ BE IT RESOLVED by the Town board of the Town of Minong, Washburn County, Wisconsin, that there shall be issued pursuant to Chapter 67, Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation promissory notes in an amount not to exceed  $250,000.00 for the purpose of paying the cost of various public improvements set forth in the attached schedule and general obligation bonds or promissory notes issued to refund the notes.  There shall also be levied on all the taxable property of the Town of Minong a direct, annual, irrepealable tax sufficient to pay the interest on said Securities as it becomes due, and also to pay and discharge the principal thereof within twenty years of the date of issuance of the securities or such shorter period as required by law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Town of Minong, Washburn County that any specific borrowing pursuant to the authority of this resolution be subject to further Town Board approval.     ADOPTED AND RESOLVED this   30TH ,  day of   __ JUNE__   , 2003. _L.
